The deadline for submissions was December 21, 2011.
Decisions have been announced.
Paper presenters must register by February 13, 2012. Conference attendees may register up to March 1, 2012.
There will be no on-site registration.
Accepted papers are to be presented by the individual
submitting the paper. Paper acceptances are also strictly conditional on the submitter's
willingness to serve as a discussant in another session of the conference.

All of the papers selected for presentation in the special sponsored sessions and all the discussants in the special sessions will
be selected by the program committee. The program committee will make every effort to ensure a balanced,
objective discussion of relevant issues.
To this end, the program committee requests that any paper that authors would like to be considered for the special sponsored sessions
include an acknowledgement of any financial support of the research.
- THE ROBERT F. LANZILLOTTI PRIZE FOR BEST PAPER IN ANTITRUST ECONOMICS
The fifth annual Robert F. Lanzillotti Prize will be awarded for the best paper
in antitrust economics that is presented at the conference.
The winning paper will be selected by a committee of experts from the relevant papers that are
accepted for presentation at the conference. The winner of the Robert F. Lanzillotti Prize
will be announced at the conference. The prize includes an honorarium of $2,500.
- THE UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA PUBLIC UTILITY RESEARCH CENTER PRIZE FOR THE BEST PAPER IN REGULATORY ECONOMICS
The fourth annual University of Florida Public Utility Research Center Prize will be awarded
for the best paper in regulatory economics. The winning paper will be selected by a committee of
experts from the relevant papers that are accepted for presentation at the conference.
The winner of the Public Utility Research Center Prize
will be announced at the conference. The prize includes an honorarium of $2,500.
All self-nominated papers will be considered for the prize. To nominate your paper, please indicate so on the submission website:

Members of the program committee may recommend that additional submitted papers be considered.
Only papers that have a complete version uploaded to the conference web site by February 20 will be
considered for the prizes.
Again this year, the conference will be spotlighting the best of
graduate student papers during Friday evening sessions. If you are a
graduate student, please consider submitting your paper to the graduate
student sessions. If you are a faculty member supervising a thesis that
you think deserves attention and would benefit from exposure and
feedback at the conference, please encourage your student to submit the
paper to the graduate student sessions.
